Things that I`m sure would piss off the average person about this order(s)

1. 2 week delay due to Parcelforce/Customs issue in UK
2. TV is faulty
3. dabs.com refuse to price match a repaired TV replacement with their own
offer price 3 weeks earlier
3. dabs.com don't reply to emails except to send an RMA technically
cancelling the order
4. Customer loses Free Delivery offer on any other product bought as a
result of this problem

Things that would please the average person about this order(s)

1. Cheap deal on 30" LCD TV
2. Immediate refund offered when TV was missing
3. When TV reported faulty RMA issued with full refund due (including
initial carriage costs)
4. Another cheap deal available due to damaged casing

I can see why people would be pissed off enough not to use dabs.com ever
again but it won't and hasn't stopped me placing another order and other
orders through them in the future if they continue to offer good deals.
