No reply to my query regarding the order, although a confirmation of
despatch has now been sent (which is as likely automated anyway).
Seems they are not the customer focused outfit they used to be....
ignoring emails* from customers is no incentive for me to shop there
again.
I've placed two orders with Clarity recently and both were handled the same
way. There is a delay of several days between the order confirmation and the
order shipped email. Ignore any suggestion of next day delivery and don't
place any order for which a week's wait is not acceptable. That way you
should be alright. :-)
