Clarity IT

I've ordered some RJ45 cable from Clarity, got the confirmation of
order OK, and now nothing. The order was placed on the 22nd.

I've emailed them, but they have thus far not replied.

I've always thought these folk were a good bunch - am I wrong? Have
they gone the way of many a good vendor and should now be avoided?
