Then they must use both - either that or the bloke who delivered my laptop
yesterday (south Essex) was in disguise as a UPS delivery man for some
bizarre reason.

I think Walsh-Western are a Logistics firm, rather than a "courier". They
don't you let you pick up from their "depot" - you have to arrange
redelivery.
