Maybe you can articulate long enough to explain to the rest of us, why
courier companies can't do evening shifts? (since you seem to be an
expert)
I'm not too bothered by most couriers. At least if you miss a Parcel
Line delivery, their nearest depot is never too far away. It's people
like Initial City Link that annoy me...
- they won't call to say they're on the way (cheaper than driving to
your house & you're not there)
- their depots are far apart (so a 50 mile round trip to collect). I
may as well go & get my goods directly from the supplier!
- they won't leave stuff with neighbours - that'll cost you a £15
re-delivery charge
- they won't leave stuff at your backdoor (even if you agree to this
risk when buying stuff)
