I have recently bought a few things from ebuyer without hassle so
decided to buy a gift for someone from them - I ordered with plenty of
time to deliver, 3 weeks. The item was incorrectly picked/stocked, so I
sent a couple of enotes regarding this (mainly asking whether they have
the correct item in stock or whether they have to reorder or give me a
refund so that I can shop elsewhere) - It is now a week ago and my
enotes have not been acknowledged or responded to.
I also called customer services with the same query, they could not tell
me and have mailed the warehouse, the only contact with them that they
have apparently. - this is now 3.5 days ago and although I have called
again today, there was no update.
My RMA arrived with them 2 working days ago, it still isnt registered as
being received.

I asked the customer sales guy what I could do to progress it so that I
may get an answer / item for the date I needed it for and was told to
mail complaints - did so over a day ago without response.

I am not too annoyed about being shipped the wrong product as mistakes
happen but they are hardly speedy in putting things right.

Whenever there is a post about the general uselessness of ebuyer - the
answer is that they are OK if nothing goes wrong. Dealing with them
for any sort of problem is just a nightmare. I've stopped using them
altogether now. I was spending about £4k a year with them, tried to
get a refund on a £35 motherboard - horrendous experience.
