I can't see why the courier companies can't put their staff on shifts -
lots of other companies do it.
Most people these days are at work between 8am-5pm, and yet courier
companies expect you to stay in ALL DAY waiting for them to turn up.
Welcome to a clueless fuckwit who knows fuck all about logistics.
Whatever he may lack in his knowledge of logistics, he more than makes up
for it in his understanding of customer service. I would happily pay a
premium if I could have goods delivered at evenings or weekends.
