It turned out to be Walsh Western International. I was just surprised at a courier working so late and wondered which it could be. Very impressed with both goods & delivery, which surprises me given the complaints I've seen about Dell, but then I suppose they have an incredibly large number of customers. (Ie. tiny percentage of complainants equals a large, vocal number.)
Got this monitor (http://tinyurl.com/ed67s) for £281 squid (£50 off because it was ordered before March 20th). Still over my budget at that price but Dell were the only company prepared to give a complete refund within seven days if it had a single dead pixel; in fact, even if it was absolutely fine.
