I've had one for about 6 months now, and it happily handles the PC and
TFT for long enough to manually save everything and shut down. Also,
unlike the APC ones, it doesn't shut down once you've removed all load,
meaning you can then unplug it, take it downstairs, and be the only
person in the street with lights and stereo, although admittedly
probably not for long.

Can't comment on replacement batteries, but I'm happy with mine - I'll
certainly be getting another couple at this price
