20"TFT - ~65W
AMD64 - ~67W
HD - 3x~30W (spinup wattage) - 100W
RAM - ?~10W
DVD-RW - 2x~25W - 50W
Total (ignoring Motherboard and sound)- 292W
Not a lot of room!!
Should be enough, given that basically all you ought to be doing is
syncing things to disk and shutting down.
Shutdown is one of the busiest times for a PC - ALL Hard disks are likely to
be spinning, and the CPU will be working hard.
