After replacing Parish with a small shell script on Wednesday 22 Feb

Now there's a question that I've asked before and not got a definitive
answer to; is ``-rR'' really needed when doing ``portupgrade -a''?
It's very useful when building a package repository, as it packages
anything that depends on/is a dependency of newer ports, with correct
dependency lists if applicable. AFAICS, it's only useful for fixing
problems (like the new Perl) if used with -f. Then it's a case of 99
outdated ports on the box, 99 outdated ports, portupgrade one, an hour
'till done, 96 outdated ports on the box. [1]
