You're not wrong. I still have three old IBM keyboards here, the one and
only Model M is the one I'm typing on. If you find any keyboards
without Windoze keys, I would be interested. Cherry Linux [1] keyboards
aside, that is.
[1] FreeBSD is the primary, secondary and tertiary OS here...
I'm typing this on a FreeBSD (RELENG_6) box which, I must confess, dual boots XP and the little ITX under my feet is my mail server running 4.10-RELEASE [note to self: cvsup a new tree and rebuild the world].
My current keyboard is a Compaq silver 'n' black KU-0133 (with 'doze keys) which had a nice feel when I first started using it but is beginning to deteriorate.
Actually, I find the extra 'doze keys useful in X as you can map them to Meta - useful if you use Emacs.
