Anyone used Rankhour/e-atay?

I'm looking to get some GPS equipment/software, and Rankhour.com and eatay.com (both the same company it seems) have it very reasonably priced.

Not having used them, or really heard of them before, I'd just like to check whether people have used them and had good results before?

For information, I got their details via Pricerunner.co.uk, but I've no idea whether you have to be a reputable company to get onto there.

I did a newsgroup search for them, and did come across a single problem someone had with them with regard to the DSR and handling fees - but in my case, I do not expect to require the DSR for this particular purchase (famous last words!)

Thanks
