WD drive warranties

Bought a 160GB PATA Western Digital drive (WD1600JB) from Misco this week.
Their site lists this drive as being covered by a 3-year warranty, but WD's
warranty checker says it's actually a 2-year warranty.

Has anyone who's bought one of these lately checked the warranty? I'd love
to know if Misco have sold me a drive with a sawn-off warranty, or if 2
years is now standard for WD kit and they've just got it listed wrong.

Cheers,

DrB
