Yes, after I contacted Trading Standards. It took a trading standards
officer to liase with their financial director to find that the card
transaction hadn't, in fact, been processed correctly. Up until that
point, they weren't even willing to consider that a problem existed.
What irked me more than anything else was the attitude of "We've done it
already, we're never wrong. Tough."
I have never dealt with Dabs since.
