The top one was the one I used when they refused to admit a problem with
their billing system which owed me well over £200. I ended up having to
take it to Trading Standards after even their MD was unwilling to
resolve the issue. The second is rumoured to be their CS number,
although the web forum I got it from suggests it's an automated call
routing system.
