Fair comment, but in this public forum you'll best advance the interests of
your company by refunding promptly. I don't make any assumptions in saying
that, and accept that possibly this customer is an idiot who shouldn't be
let near a PC, but nonetheless there are thousands of potential customers
reading this. Leave us with the impression that you'll go the extra mile
for customer service, and watch the orders roll in...
