Now that the barrack room lawyers have waded in with the 'contract is with
you' screaming, I doubt we'll see stuff-uk back here again.

Where is it that common sense just disappears when folks begin to discuss
'the law', especially from non-lawyers, and especially when its a case that
does not involve them directly?

I'm astounded at how this thread developed, given every one of those
sceaming to defend Jame's legal rights will proactively check with
manufacturers anyway if they cant get kit to work out of the box!!!
