Spot on and entirely accurate.
I suspect if James hadn't got his knickers in a twist over (I assume) your
initial refusal to accept the goods back under DSR, then this little
transaction would have been entirely different and I'd bet my mortgage James
wouldnt have popped into this group to praise how well you had handled the
return of a £10 mouse.
I see it all now -
Can I get a refund under DSR - this mouse wont work - I've tried it in loads
of machines...
Sorry sir, DSR does not apply as you have used the product. Could you
contact the manufacturer for info, updates, drivers etc?
No, I want my money back under DSR - a man in a mobile phone company told me
I am allowed to play with goods before I return them.
Sorry sir, DSR does not apply here. Maybe before you return it you could
check with manufacturer?
No, NO , *NO* I want my money back under DSR....
etc etc etc etc then we get a one sided half-baked bull*** post to this
group.
My only advice to you now, Mr Stuff-UK is get your head back under the
parapet as this group is filled with foamy mouthed obsessives who hate all
online vendors with a passion.
Thanks for your post though.
