So you can state your complaint to them. Which is rather more that you can do for many component suppliers.

I should mention that I have absolutely no connection with the company - indeed had not even heard of their existence before reading your post.

But thanks for mentioning them, their web site is pretty good and some of their prices pretty good also - I can see why you bought from them!

If you could drop a post when you have this resolved, which I am sur can be achieved, it would be interesting to know how far towards the Small Claims Court you had to take it..
