How exactly do you _get_ a business account manager? We order a fairly
hefty amount of kit, but currently only a few percent of that comes
from eBuyer, purely because our main supplier has an account manager,
and eBuyer denied that they offer such a service when we asked them. If
they did have someone we could complain at to get things done, they'd
get a hell of a lot more of our business.
