eBuyer shipping

hello all!

i ordered some things from eBuyer at about 5am today -- a digital camera, a
memory card for it, and a usb2 card.

chose the most expensive delivery option (next day, friday, tomorrow, etc.)
and paid my £7.50 for it.

one of the three items (the memory card, from warehouse 2) is showing as
shipped. the other two things (from warehouse 1) are STILL showing as pick
in progress (have been since about 7am). the website still says "deliver by
friday 30th december".

i guess the chances of them getting the goods to me tomorrow are rapidly
approaching zero. and then i don't suppose they'll turn up on saturday. so
looks like i'll be waiting until tuesday.

at which point i'll be 200 miles away.

or is it just that ebuyer (warehouse 1) get a late pickup from CityLink?
i've not had anything through from them to say there will be a delay or
other problem...

will tomorrow be a time for me to be playing merry hell with somebody on the
telephone? any experiences, suggestions, etc. greatly appreciated! i used
ebuyer a few years ago, on many occasions, and held the service i received
in a high regard.
