Actually, you really should approach your own local Trading Standards office
and allow them to liase with Aria's local office.

This is how I resolved a problem with Dabs after getting no sense from
anyone in that company, up to and including the MD. Quite why it had to go
that far was beyond me, but suffice to say I never used them again.

On the other hand, my local Trading Standards officer was a Godsend. She had
the matter sorted in three days flat and kept me informed every step of the
way with CCs of e-mails and telephone calls.
