TFTs & Dead pixels / Mail order / Sheffield computer shops.

Are there any mail order companies happy to guarantee a screen with no dead
pixels, or does anyone know of a decent computer shop in Sheffield that's
not hugely overpriced (ie, PC Worlds' joke £170 for a 15" panel and a kick
in the nuts if it breaks)?
