eXpansys?

Anyone had any good or bad customer service from eXpansys?

They've had my faulty (one day old) PDA for over a week, without any hint of
when I might expect a repair or replacement, and I'm starting to get
nervous.

I accept that a week isn't long, so perhaps I should simply be more patient?
Although I buy a lot online (and have done for about 8 years), this is my
first returned item, and I'd be interested to know what people think
constitutes a good turnaround time for a replacement/repair (and indeed
whether to expect a replacment or a repair).
