Parcel Force RTS....

Hi,

I sent a TFT monitor back today. It was sent by Komplett via Parcel Force.
Stupidly, instead of sending it in proper packaging, they put a huge PF
stick on the actual box for the monitor.

I printed out their RMA form, but I didn't print my own address label as I
thought that PF might do their own with barcodes etc and I could just stick
it over the label already on the box.

Now the box is quite big, and I wasn't sure if our PF depot actually let you
send stuff from the depot or if you have to goto a post office (the depot is
a tiny portakabin!) (plus I am not sure if the PO accept packages that big)

Anyway, I took the box to the PF depot and said I wanted to send the box
back (expecting to pay) but the guy just tok it as a return to sender, so he
just took it back and will send it back for free.... now thats all good for
me as it saves me 13quid or so, but I didn't get a receipt for sending it
back and I am wondering how it will be recieved by Komplett, will they just
recieve it as a normal parcel ?

Probably worrying over nothing, just don't want it to get lost, and then I
may not be able to prove I sent it back!
