OOops!
No it should be Samsung X1.
I guess I wrote Panasonic because those are the ones I had problems with dead pixels with..
But thanks for the thoughts on Dell. I have been havering between the Dell X1 and the Samsung X1. Both are lovely and light but the latter has a bigger screen.
Ta again

Are you sure you don't mean Dell Latitude X1?
I had a look at the Panasonic website and couldn't find any reference to the X1.
If it is the Dell Latitude X1 you're after then you don't get the opportunity to try before you buy but you do have seven days to return the system if you're not happy with it.
If it is the Dell, then you could give this sales rep a ring - Fergus on 0870 907 5141. He's based in their Irish call centre and seems to work funny hours but if you leave a message he'll get back to you.

Hi, Can anyone suggest the best place to go for these?
Really, I am worried about dead pixels being present and the supplier not allowing DSR returns if I have switched it on or allowing SOGA returns if there are "only a few". BTDTGTTS
