I've been wondering too, my Mum ordered a webcam some 2 1/2 weeks ago. They
were quick with taking the money, but no sign of it. It is impossibly to
contact them by phone, and all they said on their e-note system was it was
dispatched about 2 weeks ago, and haven't responded to any subsequent "So
where is it then?" type notes since.

Anyone know a good way of getting through to them?
