You're completely right.

As a follow up, I just placed an order for £2500 for my company with
another supplier. Until my recent experience, it would have been with
Ebuyer.

Yes, I know it is a 'drop in the ocean' to them, but if enough people
receive crap service and go elsewhere, it will begin to count.
