They are, to some degree, correct under the Sale of Goods Act in that
they don't have to offer a refund, merely a repair or replacement, but,
if said repair goes wrong (and in what time I do not know) then you have
the right to ask for a refund.

Up to you .... they are offering a replacement straight away, so you
could go with it, until it goes wrong again, or you could go and buy a
shiny new Netgear/Draytek/D-Link for circa £80
REPLY: Going to take the replacement, use it until it breaks, and then get
something decent.
