I apologise if this is slightly OT for uk.comp.homebuilt, but you guys were very helpful last time I asked a question and uk.comp.vendors, whilst the most relevant group seems to receive hardly any traffic.

Basically, I decided to buy a pre-built base unit from RedJag Computers (www.redjag.co.uk) and went through the usual process of customising the spec and settled on one I liked. On the evening of the 18th of July I placed the order and I believe the credit card I used was charged the next day.

Aint hopeful there website is down

Doesn't look hopeful does it? I shall be contacting my CC company today.

Hopefully I won't have to wait too long to be credited by my bank meaning I can have a go at ordering from someone else fairly soon.
