should companies give pay rises?
possibly, but just heard that one of their longest running trainers
(12 years service is leavin as they are not happy there, how many more
to go!!!???, they had one trainer who stayed 3 days and another stayed
3 weeks b4 they left :(
But isn't' that true of trainers all over the UK? There are very, very few IT trainers with deep experience of dozens of years of training. As long as there are trainers willing to work for £200/day all in, this is going to be an issue.
Given the state of the trainer market, those with deep skills become consultants or take management jobs and get more money, better gigs, and more fun.
My .02€ worth.
