I am looking for an introduction course to C# programming

I am looking for a basic introduction course to C# programming for
someone who does not come from an IT background.
I expect the course to teach web applications and window applications.
It needs to be instructor lead.
The course will need to be in or around Greater London.
Does anyone know of any really good courses?
