looking for training venue with SQL Server 2000/C++ in NOTTINGHAM AREA

CAN ANYONE HELP WITH THIS? 
These 2 exams need to be taken by a person in the Nottingham area:
DETAILS BELOW.

The student has to do 2 exams now (i) a SQL Server 2000 practical exam (4 hours)
(ii) C++ practical exam (3-4 hours). 
 
So, he needs the use of a PC that preferably has SQL Server and C++ installed on it, and if not, we will courier all the relevant software to
the testing centre and someone can install it... 
 
We will also courier all the exam papers, required material etc...to the testing centre and once the student is complete, we would need it couriered back to SA and we would obviously incur all the costs. 
 
 So, we basically need the use of a PC, and for someone to invigilate the student for the time he writes and send the things back to us...and if there are any costs involved for the hire of the PC and invigilator, to please let me know, as this is the students responsibility. 
 
 We have been quoted 60 - 70 pounds per exam before from other testing center's in the UK.
