I had a similar problem ages ago and I seem to recall that the problem is
with the HotSync conduit immediately after the one displayed when it gets
stuck. Try disabling that conduit and re-running the HotSync. If all else
HotSyncs ok, you can then investigate why that particular conduit is
hanging.
