I bought my Lifedrive in July 05.
It has since staarted to make very loud blipping sounds when playing media with or without headpones, and also occasionally when it's on other applications. Smetimes, more frequently than not there is no sound, not even the alarms will sound, even tho they show on screen.
I'm trying to return t via the Palm UK website. Seems to I have to use the knowledge base and answer all the questions etc. I get to giving it my serial number and telling it I ma in the UK, then the page crashes and offer to take me to a email link which then diplays with a palm search engine telling me i hvae not got acces to the page.
It then just sends me round in loops.
Now where can I find an email address or phone number to contact them. And I see no reason to pay for the elephone support service for something that is still under warranty. The retailer is no longer retailing so that is not an option.
Please anyone can help me with getting the auto repair note number. I did manage to do this 2 years ago so I know the option is there but with the website seemingly broken I have no other way of getting my repir sorted.
