LifeDrive Frustrations

Hi, I bought one of these a few days ago & I'm getting very frustrated with it!!

1) It is refusing to connect to my Home WiFi - I just get a connection failed message, but NO explanation (this is in the same room as my WiFi Router & I have enabled the MAC info on the Router)

2) When I try a Hot-Sync (using a USB Port), it often locks up solid (i.e. non-flashing light on orange, display blacked out, Power Switch not working, no other buttons working) - the only way out seems to be a hard reset

3) After It resets, I continually having to hit the Tap-Points many, many times over.

4) I'm continually having to tell it that I DON'T live in Los Angeles - even when I tell it that I'm in London (UK), I still have to, again, tell it I'm in the UK!

5) Doesn't list my ISP, but doesn't explain how I can add my ISP to their pre-defined list - therefore cannot get my Emails on it

6) I'm often losing my Contacts List & my Calandar Appointments - I really don't want to keep typing these in every time!

7) To make sure that I using the most up-to-date software, I go to the Palm Site & there appears NO way of figuring out if you have the latest (Info doesn't seem to relate to the software that IO'm looking at.

8)	etc, etc, etc


Sorry to sound so negative, but I really feel that I have just wasted a big pile of money!!
