Tomtom 5 Live Traffic; anyone tried it?

Hello all, I'm quite interested in Tomtom 5 and the Live Traffic
update feature, has anyone here had any experience of it at all? If
so how well does it work and how reliable is it? It won't work with a
bluetooth GPS which is a shame, but I only use bluetooth GPS units
when I'm not in my main car so that's not really a problem.
