Tomtom has a subscription-based option to do this, not sure what
devices it's compatible with though. You'll need an internet
connection in your car though, e.g. through GPRS-equipped mobiles, and
if you have a bluetooth GPS you'll probably find that you can't
connect to your GPS and your mobile phone at the same time.
I don't have tomtom, so you're best off going to their website.
Trafficmaster also do some solutions, but last time I looked, none
PDA-based.
