A design where you have to learn a special technique to avoid doing
something that you can do on every other mouse is not a great design.
Disagree - for many people it's not a special technique, just business
as usual. I present me, my ladyfriend, my mum, and my brother in law
as evidence.
This sounds very much like the iPhone 4's antenna issue. For many
(most?) it *can* be triggered deliberately but during normal use it's
business as usual. For those that habitually hold/use their mouse/phone
a certain way, the gadget simply feels broken by design.
It seems both camps often struggle to see each other's viewpoint as
valid, whether it's about a phone, a mouse, or something else (I don't
mean here, but in the wider world).
