They do mostly work, but not all with Guest Additions, which makes them
much more usable.
How so? The one time I did install them, the only improvement I found
was the seamless integration of the mouse pointer. Useful enough, but
not something I really need.
The only problem I do get is that the wireless networking doesn't work,
for some reason VB can't map it to the client. Ethernet connection are fine.
Strange, that's been working fine for me on wireless, and without any
user intervention either.
I think it's down to DHCP and my home router. I've tried lots of things
and the only way to get it to work is to assign a fixed IP and
explicitly name the DNS servers.
