I have just installed W7b on my old Tosh Sat Pro A60 (Celeron 2.8Ghx,

runs okay in VM fusion as well been running it for a week or more. it's
some what KDE 4 in feel or vise versa, if one wishes but for light use
(i haven't done that much to it) it's not bad, nor great but we'll see.
I have to confess to not turning it on again since installing it, but
then that's not surprising given I'm not *that* interested (I did it
to see if I could etc). As with Vista is not likely to offer me any
better functionality than XP does (in fact worse it being a beta and
some drivers not being available (probably)) and the frustration of
not being able to find things that I can find in my sleep with XP.
I'll even go as far as to say I can probably find things easier in OSX
than I can Vista /W7 now! (by 'things' I'm talking about settings /
options etc).
However, it's not locked up or done anything strange .. but this most
OS's don't for me (probably because I don't use them hard, outside
games etc).
