Indeed as concerns the college in fact it's the private lodging
associated with it, and as far as I understand it's mostly to prevent
piracy etc. so as long as what I'm doing is just setting up a separate
channel they're not responsible for (which moreover I know won't be used
for wrongdoing) they won't mind.
Still in search for a software way to do it for a while, but otherwise
by the end of next week I'll try to find a Vigor router here around my
remote small french town ;-)
