Ignore that. Just set the WPA-Personal password and you can re-enable
the wifi.
Oh FFS. Safari won't let me change details on router. Get the error
below, which I have googled, and will try firefox instead.
Safari can't open the page "http://192.168.1.1/post.cgi". The error was:
"Operation could not be completed. (kCFErrorDomainCFNetwork error 302.)"
(kCFErrorDomainCFNetwork:302) Please choose Report Bugs to Apple from
the Safari menu, note the error number, and describe what you did before
you saw this message.
OK i'll shut up now. just guzzled whole chocolate bar for comfort.
Use another browser then. The web pages of routers are very badly
written, and some just don't work with a browser. My linksys and belkin
work fine with safari, but one of the previous ones needed firefox, and
the first time I got the linksys before the firmware update only worked
with internet explorer.
Yep. Firefox is being very well behaved. God what a day.
Thanks all - we've gone a bit off topic here, but I think it could be
useful to someone...
