Both from my end and the person whose account was used. She's had
probably close to seven thousand pounds worth of stuff added to her
credit card, so she's not very happy either.

I can see that that would not be the nicest way to start a week.

The policeman who took my details thought it was all a bit pointless,
but agreed on the necessity for insurance's sake.
