Have been looking for a smart(er) phone myself recently. After picking up a
Palm Tungsten on eBay really cheaply recently (& with fond memories of my old
Palm III), I'm thinking of a Treo 680 or maybe Centro...

Cheers ... Mark

The missus is a hardened treo user and I've just swapped her 680 for a
Centro. Centro's the same thing in a smaller package and is very
nice. Not being a Palm user I was amazed how fast it was: snap, snap,
snap - instant access to apps. Very very responsive and has been for
years apparently! It's the final thing that's made me want to stamp
on my WinMo phone. No wifi though and they don't really multitask,
but otherwise very nice. They have an apple feel to them, too, if you
see what I mean.
