Keynote and PowerPoint

My wife has to give a presentation as part of a job interview in 2 weeks
time, all she knows is "Powerpoint facilities are available". I have
Keynote 3.0.2 installed on my machine. What I need to know is, just how
compatible Keynote is with Powerpoint ? Would she run into problems ?
Would there be a problem if she picked a font that is not installed on
the PowerPoint machine or would that make no difference ? Any help
greatly appreciated.
