Trimming Aperture Library

This afternoon I've trimmed nearly 3.5GB from my Aperture library without deleting a single image and it feels much more snappy as a result. The culprits were jpegs from shooting raw+jpeg and previews applied across all projects for sharing.

Shooting raw+jpeg has added around 3.3MB to each image I have shot and doesn't seem to do anything in Aperture, if you turn on tool tips the file is not included in the file size given so it's not readily apparent they are there. As far as I can see these can all be deleted from within the library along with the related *.apfile with no problems.

Hope this may be useful to other Aperture users.
