Thanks Stuart,

I will take a look at all these options. I am finding my Lacie D2(I think is the model) far too noisy. I went from a 500GB main drive to a 320 so had to move my itunes library over to an external device as it is now over 200gigs although I am beginning to think I should have a clear out of all the TV recorded via EyeTV.
