I should have said that I have googled, and found quite a few, I just
wondered if there was a definitive guide.

Ah right. No, not as far as I'm aware. I just looked for the one that
was clearest and had the best pix, and then made sure that:

1) I had all the tools to hand

2) A clean, well-lit (very well-lit) area was available to do the work

3) I had some small containers to hold the bits

4) I wasn't going to be disturbed. I need to concentrate on this sort of
job

It wasn't particularly difficult, just needed care. Once the small parts
were available, I cleaned them all in warm soapy water, and dried them
carefully with kitchen paper one by one (so as to be sure not to lose
any).
